Refund policies
  • If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with the product, the exchange will be made for any other item as long as it is within 15 days after the purchase.
  • The item must be delivered to the branch of our store in Multiplaza and these costs must be covered by the buyer.
  • The item must come in its original packaging in perfect condition (whole, without scratches, without dents)
  • You must send an email to Infogiftyparkcr@gmail.com with a photo of the invoice and bank information in case what you want is a refund of the money and we will proceed once we have the item and it has already been reviewed.

Shipping policies

Door-to-door deliveries and deliveries to Correos de Costa Rica branches.

    1. Package delivery can be done door to door in the following regions: Greater Metropolitan Area, Ciudad Colón, Puriscal, Orotina, Atenas, Cañas, Tilarán, Río Frío, Siquirres, Ciudad Quesada, San Ramón, Grecia, Jacó, Parrita, Turrialba , Ciudad Neilly, Limón and Guápiles. As long as the purchase does not exceed 30kg in weight and the delivery point is not in a restriction area (See section c)

    2. For the rest of the country (Rural Areas), door-to-door deliveries can only be made if the package does not exceed 2kg in weight as long as the delivery point is not in a restriction area (See section c). Deliveries of a greater weight will be delivered to the Costa Rica Post Office Branch of the destination location to be picked up at that location by the recipients.

Restriction areas:

    1. Correos de Costa Rica has a special delivery procedure in restricted areas. You can find it on the Costa Rica Post Office page (https://www.correos.go.cr/servicios/serviciosexpress/). In these cases, shipments are delivered to the nearest branch as indicated on the Costa Rica Post Office page. For this purpose, Correos de Costa Rica proceeds to locate the corresponding recipient through a phone call to indicate that they can pick up their package at the Correos de Costa Rica branch. These packages will remain in the branch for a maximum period of 5 business days; If they are not removed, they will be returned to GiftyPark Costa Rica.

Delivery attempts:

    1. Packages will have 2 delivery attempts, contacting both the address and the reference telephone number. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned by Correos de Costa Rica to GiftyPark Costa Rica.

Delivery time:

    1. Costa Rica Post Office delivery hours are from 7:30am to 5:00pm.

Rates:

    1. Automatically, our virtual store will include a cost of ¢1,500 (one thousand five hundred colones) for deliveries within the Greater Metropolitan Area and ¢2,000 (two thousand colones) for deliveries in the rest of the country. This rate applies to deliveries weighing less than 2kg.

Delivery Times:

  1. Maximum 4 business days within the Metropolitan Area, or a maximum of 10 business days in the rest of the country.
